Here is the new share count according to the attachments filed with the 8K today.

307,335,401 outstanding shares (after Mineseeker gets their 232,000,000 and all of the Centacom/James Owen shares are returned)


25,000,000 more shares were added since June 28, 2011 (all restricted)

Jeff DiGenova got 15,000,000 shares

Bucket Story (whoever that is) got 10,000,000 shares





Also the 8K attachments mentions an authorized share reduction from 750,000,000 to 500,000,000
