how bout im wrong in your opinion

cause thats all it is

this guy either rips a huge contract,

or not

but dont be telling folks that because the shares dont land in the float immediately, thats not dilution

this is up exactly 50% higher in dilution in 3 months

i suggest you consult with someone in the finance arena
