What I am thinking about this is in actual working conditions,
the Voraxial just pumps water back into the ocean.

So really it doesnt matter how much extra water is being pumped,
just the amount of oil that is being recovered.

In the tank it compares how much water/oil mixture is being pumped
and then the oil is measure in the tank as compared to how much
water is also being pumped.
