well i have been asked to be involved by various parties in three differenct instances and now drawn in again; such a long story and i enjoy the banter

btw in response to cookstove he should know that releases from any claims were given to centa et al; and they were in fact gathered by mineseeker; and i believe he does

and yes this was done in an agreement wherein mineseeker agreed to pay monies for the shares and outstanding notes

why ms would want to mess around and not pay a measly sum and instead breach an agreement imo is beyond me
