I would firmly disagree.....Windfarms are springing up all over Idaho.....they have proven cost effective and much more desired than any Nuclear facility.

Also, you need to think outside the U.S. Places in South America do not have the energy infastructure in place like we have in the U.S., so costs are cheaper for them to develop wind farms and hydro.....IMO

As Europe moves away from Nuclear.....and oil more difficult to obtain and cheap prices......Wind Farms are becoming more popular.....I lived in Germany for a few years and agree.

PSPW is looking strong here IMO.....

As for the news, I suspect very strongly that it will not just be a PR on financing, but one that combines financing with respect to a large project or two.....the details of the combination is what is taking time.......IMO
