I am pounding the table on GEAR at this bottom price!!! Company recently had a change in fundamentals & business direction while decreasing both OS and float! Company is now in gold and silver mining.

RUMOR is that GEAR will update the share structure THIS WEEK. Company previously had 1.6 billion OS and 200M float. Company recently announced the cancellation of over 1 billion shares WITH MORE COMING!!! SEC site www.otcbb.com and several others has new OS listed as 42 million shares!!! That matches our DD and the float of 16M. GEAR is very thin on ask and it only takes 100k shares for this to move up 30%.

Also hear rumor of gold reserves in the billions of $$$!!! Everything will be PR'ed in the coming weeks.
