Dr. FG, IMO it is irresponsible for the founder to sell at these levels (below $1.00). He is further weakening an already weakened stock where most of the 'believers' are already 'All IN' in a Thinly Traded stock.

He shouldn't sell A SINGLE SHARE UNDER $1.00. - When he does he doesn't care about me or any of the long suffering longs. Makes me want to unload....then you all blame me and not Dr. Diwan.

Let me put it to you this way; If he continues to sell the PPS will continue to decline.

Instead Dr. Diwan should wait till Seaside88 does it's last conversion, the PPS strengthens to over $1.00 PS, wait until 'The FDA Call' is made, and at that point with further strong buying into a 'KABOOM' - he can resume selling at higher volume, higher valuations and hardly noticed in the float.
He will then get his extra 1M much easier and faster than bleeding us 'to death my a thousand cuts' in the manner he's doing now.
