trust me, that's the company. GESI has changed names a bit in the last 12 months, they were even GEST a month ago, and were Green Industry Solutions when they got the award from Alberta, its the same company.

What is key here folks, is that GESI has an agreement to get its fuel to burn at the proposed plant for $0 dollars. That's right, no cost at all. The agreement is with On Track Railway, as they dispose of rail ties and give them to GESI for free. That, is what makes this feasible, and a grand slam from any and all research.
