People that are running scam companies don't come out and admit it. Investors find out after it's too late and they have lost their shorts. Like the situation we are in now. But you don't have to hit me over the head with a 2 by 4 to see, based upon the delays mentioned previously and total lack of transparency from Black, that something isn't on the up and up with this one.
