I thought someone would have a huge list of millionaires and/or billionaires, maybe even a Club!

Brad Kelley is a well known example of a fellow who got very wealthy on penny stocks while the Motley Fool described the task as nearly impossible.

I haven't the foggiest notion how many millionaires were created - or paupers for that matter - by penny stocks but it might enhance your reading comprehension if you took unwarranted claims by editorialists with a grain of salt.
