FHWY The study concentrated on changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure after the ingestion of the FITT Energy shot, two leading competitors’ energy shots and a placebo containing diluted fruit juice. Final study results indicated the F.I.T.T. Energy shot did not statistically elevate blood pressure over the placebo. The completed test results also revealed the competitors’ energy shots caused average increases in patients’ systolic blood pressure in amounts 224% to 355% greater than when taking F.I.T.T. Energy. F.I.T.T. Energy was able to achieve an “energized feeling” in the test subjects with less than one-half the caffeine content of the leading competitive products.
