Please google pump and dump. Them I will provide with numerous examples of them within just the past 3 months. Sorry scuba, but no one here is going to agree that SNEY fits the traditional P and D understanding, that includes TR and other negators. See in a P and D, you must have a pump. There was NO promoter, NO PR a minutes, and NO hundreds of percentage point increase in Days or a week.
