Dean has at times not been too diligent about paying the bills

These are just ACA's federal suits against their borrowers. they don't do excuses. They sue. And Dean pledged the assets of the company to back the loan.

Remember, this is a $1 million loan and IMGG's current liabilities are north of $5 million
