I don't doubt there was a pump. It makes sense. It doesn't necessarily mean that David or Shuster were the pumpers. To me, it seems more possible that outside investors did it. There are big penalties for insiders doing pumping and dumping. Not worth it. Now, if the company were a shell, with no products, revenues, or profits, then the likelihood that insiders were responsible increases. However, in this case, it is obvious that there is a business here and that David is trying to grow the company. I believe he's planning on retiring rich from the sale of the company sometime way down the road.
