Those concerned with the Patent issues might take notice of one of Genomed's recently allowed patents, "METHOD TO TREAT PULMONARY HYPOPLASIA IN THE NEWBORN". This patent received a "Final Rejection" on January 12, 2005. Upon amendment and reconsideration Genomed received notice of allowance on May 3, 2005:
