Ken if I had to blame someone it would have to be Kuni, Kuni is the CEO of the company, Kuni is the main person who needs to confront the shareholders who put their hard earn money into PIHN, let's stop defending Kuni once and for all, another thing who the heck is going to want to invest in a company with no profit, I wouldn't.
