If this sings loud (and if the MGM Hospitality is the group they have been meeting with: see the Wall Street Journal article on MGM's plight!) and there are big contracts in the end, everyone here will be geniuses! No one will remember all the negative talk of dilution because most of the investors in Tivu will be singing "Happy Days are Here Again" or they will be drunk in celebration. R3
