thats a good find eom....... it shows a good general direction as where they want to go..........maybe theyre finally sitting at the table to finalize an ironclad agreement on the spratlies and make the reed bank issue an "asean agreed on equity" of the philipines......would wipe away a big doubt and worry going forward..and a small pop in the stock as fear subsides on the news............but nothing is better than a specific statement on sc72 itself.....hopefully soon........and I am wishful its not an OBAMA type of HOPE
