The pump and dump doesn't make sense. If I had a million bucks and pumped a stock starting at .18 cents and pps on my pump probably will be about .26 cnts. Since it toped out at about .40 cents. You can't cause a pump if your using limits cause that won't drive the price up if you didn't buy anything over .18 cents. But lets say I did pump buying shares all the way up to .40 and then started selling. I would surely lose more money this way because now everyone else is panicing to sell their shares now also. But let's say I did sell all of them. bought it back after the P&D I can now buy twice or three times as much volume now so why does that not cause another P&D then?
