My name is Brent Russell. I developed 99.9% of the FreeCreditPhone product. I got alerted to this board the other day. It seems my name has been slandered a lot so I thought I would set the record straight. Richard Kipping is basically running the show at Voip Pal. Richard crafted the deal between Voip Pal, Platinum Tribe (Owned By Richard), and BTV. I actually thought Richard was the CEO of Voip Pal until I looked it up and found out it's Dennis. Richard crafted the deal this way because in his own words... "I can not be directly involved so this is why I am using Platinum tribe".
Platinum Tribe gave $5k to BTV then failed to make payments of $10k. In fact there was never more than $5k from Platinum Tribe ever. Richard Kipping gave excuses such as I just wired 25k from the Cayman Islands to someone else so I can't wire anymore money today. Another was he fell off a boat and hit his head. Another was his production company was filming in the mountains. Another was his wife had some fashion show thing to go to so he went with her. These were all reasons why he could not pay. He has not even come close to purchasing Bleam's products or services.
As far as Voip Pal... they gave us shares up front right away (WHICH I SENT BACK TO THEM A FEW WEEKS AGO) but failed to give us an additional 1 million free trading shares upon signing. Those shares dropped rapidly to under 1 penny (0.006) from the 2.5 cents it used to be when the deal went through (Voip Pal falsely announced the deal went through at 3.5 or 3.0 can't remember). YOU DONT PAY AND BREACH AGREEMENTS THEN YES, YOU DONT GET THE PRODUCT. A 4 YEAR OLD CAN UNDERSTAND THAT. This breach lead me to resign from Voip Pal... in writing, more than once, requesting to take me off the board. I was also never paid while on the board and did some work for them for free!
So as you see, both of these agreements were breached by Voip Pal/Platinum Tribe/Richard Kiping. In addition we noticed the massive amounts of money being spent on things like production of a commercial... $27k that brought back $400 dollars. May be legal but to me it looks like embezzlement if it is or isn't. Also, after being added to the board Voip Pal was sued for $80k and I never heard a word. Richard kept telling us that there were investors that were going to buy in at 21 cents... then it was 12 cents. All this is fantasy because it is very simple...
Voip Pal owns NOTHING. They claim partnership with companies that are useless... partnerships are nothing but prepaid accounts with other companies. My Grandma can get the same partnership. Voip Pal has no product... they are only using a turn key voip platform that they licensed. I can get the same crap up and going in less than a day.
In the most recent events, Voip Pal begged BTV to get them a product up and going because the shareholders were going to be upset that Voip Pal had Nothing at all. Dennis was very nervous about being sued by shareholders because they did not own BTV but had announced they did. BTV and Voip Pal then made a deal that allowed Voip Pal to USE but have NO CONTROL of a copy of BTV's system which Richard Kipping then pointed the ip of pointsphone.com (Which is in Richard's personal GoDaddy Account, not Voip Pal's Account) to the server we setup for them. Once it was up, Voip Pal decided they did not want to sign a license agreement and wanted no documents. So... in response I made a minor change IN MY SOFTWARE that said this product had not been licensed and is owned by BTV.
In addition, I would also like to bring up Mukesh. I am not sure of the whole story here... I just know there are 2 sides. Mukesh says that he did $20k worth of work over time and was not paid for it... so he took the work he had done and shut it off saying, pay me for my work and you will get it.
It's just hard to believe that 2 guys who don't know each other, have never talked to each other, and are both in IT all of a sudden try to take advantage of Voip Pal AND Richard Kipping.
I am personally telling you this, on the record, that Voip Pal, Richard Kipping, and Dennis Chang have attempted to fraud me. They have slandered my name and lied as and attempt to cover their ass to not be sued by investors. I have made a report with the SEC and am speaking with my attorney about the damages they have done to my name and to my honest business.
I urge you to invest your money wisely and to look at solid facts and evidence and not just listen to Richard and Dennis say "This Brent Character is this and that". Richard and Dennis are very incompetent with technology. I say this as an IT professional with over 10 years experience. Look at their history and the FACTS of what the future brings. 5 years of nothing... and they still have NOTHING.
