I agree, but it would all be legal if the holder is putting a new order in for 25 k blocks as soon as he sells 25k. I am sure this is getting thinner every day now and small increase in volume should bust tru him / her easily. MEDT Chart also is turning very bullish now.
Sar drop , MACD turning up to cross +ve , bounce from the lower bollies
