If you report results on 12/30 that include current
and last years fiscal years earnings, you can
keep everyone confused with numbers and projections.

I don't think the mgt at ATWEC is too detail
oriented. I'm sure the tax accountant really
has to use his imagination with reporting after
sorting thru receipts written on napkins and
Big Mac wrappers.

Until a real business person is hired ATWEC will
have trouble growing and sustaining profitability.
btw, that doesn't mean hiring a friend from your
favorite restaurant.

That said, the reason for no crushing debt is Alex's
old school approach. He did go crazy for a while
issuing shares, but at that time he was going thru a
divorce and not minding the store properly.
