The PPS on this can move in a hurry on small volume... and I have seen it. But there is absolutely nothing going on to drive any sort of significant volume. The only way current shareholders are going to make any money on this one is: 1) It is used as a shell for an R/M or 2) they come out with some P&D scam. I am sure one of those will happen eventually... if this POS doesn't get shut down first.
