I haven't been around long enough to know if they telegraph there news with leaks/volume, that is another way to know if news is coming on some smaller stocks. Here though any decent volume may leave many chasing.

I do agree that I have seen the pattern you are speaking of many times.

Its is most likely a safer play but if the initial run takes us to .008 your pull back may only be to ,0055 or so. You may find yourself chasing it from there.

I have never been that patience to execute that strategy, and can't always watch. Sometimes I am gone for a day or two.
