This chart does indeed look good, wouldn't take much for it launch.

Hey what do you know, this piece of crap stock is holding the 6 levels! Better sell before it's too late. :)

Paltry amount of shares that brought it up. If it stays up after a million shares or more, then it'll hold. Otherwise, it's coming back down fast as it came up.

It's more likely another stock with lack of investor confidence, VMSYQ doesn't have much going for it at this time.

No, they won't be saved and no, they can't sell. But you can sell which you better do before it's too late. :)

Of course he did, he used the money that he got from diluting shares to fund his paycheck. Either way, he's likely getting a fat paycheck for the buyout. :) Besides, if I had a penny share PPS increase for every BK CEO that used his on money, I'd already be filthy rich.

Court dockets (or Pacer docs) very rarely mention the status of the commons until towards the end. That's a fact so this point is moot.

Great answer - still no reason to believe commons won't be cancelled. Clearly you've done well flipping this one while convincing traders that commons will likely not be cancelled. :)

It'll likely be cancelled.

It's up to the traders, when to buy or sell. I say, better sell, before it's too late. :)

Even if the buyout happens and gets completed successfully, that still doesn't mean commons will be saved.

As for correspondence with the CEO, you're kidding right? A contact with soemone versed in BK proceedings, you're kidding again, right? LMAO!!! There's been so many msg boards where traders have said these very things. Perhaps you should read up on BK history.

Still, not a single person has reliably indicated as to why commons will be saved. It's very rare for commons to be saved when a company has A < L, especially a company like this one. Even with a company merging with another company in BK, the commons are almost always cancelled. Nice try though.

I'm not on the bid at all. (I'm a liar.) Traders would be nuts to be buying this right now. Notice the volume? Seems like the market agrees with that assessment. :)

Court dockets typically point to cancellation late in the game. Is this your first Q stock? The assessment of VMSYQ in comparison to similar stocks (unlike the ones that your buddy dirtmover points out) indicates that commons will be cancelled. It's very rare for a court to not cancel commons on a stock in VMSYQs situation. =LOL

Why would I buy lower when it'll go to .000000000000001 as you said? ;)
