for me it was introduced by Bruce and James and I was casually talking to Jeff about it one day and mentioned the fee and Jeff hit the ceiling he was not aware of it and was pissed he charged us and in a matter of days James was gone -James has not returned the fees to all that are asking and anyone that is asking for their fee and not getting their money back needs to contact me via e-mail - he can not afford to make the mistake of keeping fraudulently collected money -
