thats not what I read you have to specify for it to be voted. Does not voting change the out come? I doubt it, it is nice to have the opportunity to make a difference but it is very obvious that the ones that make the difference have already made their decision that is why the lack of volume, just my opinion. Fact 85o million shares and nill volume thats tells the story longs are holding market makers having fun and newbies or flippers are the only action happening recently
