i see zero reason for mgmt to hold
a SM if changes long promised can't
be delivered this month .. i'd much rather
mgmt focus on what they can control

of course i posted the same thing
last year after that SM and PR out

i wouldn't have held it then <9/10>
and i wouldn't hold one now .. which i also
indicated to current mgmt this past july

unless specifics can be forthcoming
that includes for me forms .. fins
new bod appointments .. the one aspect
i don't believe will be forthcoming due
to a contract i believe exists is the new
ceo coming on board .. until all debt is
paid off and COH is at X ..

and clearly since *imo* 7 folks hold
2.2 BILLION of the 3.3 BILLION shares
and *most* of those 7 are *local*
awareness of *all* aspects expo related
are known by the *majority* of expo sor
<percentage wise>

what i'm waiting on is what mgmt articulates
and when .. if the SM is canceled .. i'm
curious to see if what volume shows on exph
what of volume is reflected on daily reg sho
vs what is duplicated that doesn't ..

bottom line as always .. is mgmt controls
the flow of info .. i'm an adult .. i have
zero issues getting *the good .. the bad
or the ugly* .. consistency is it's own reward

the SS while not ideal is far less than many other
co.s *trading* .. the economy sux .. but mgmt has
diversified their product line which is a benefit
in this economy .. the tax liens can be worked on
with the feds .. and the majority of employees can
go on *contractor* status .. <which is what is
actually happening in the real world across all levels
anyhow> and anyone who has followed the *banks* and
LOCs' *since the implosion of 2008* understands *tightened
regs are a fact of life in this bizarre new world that exists*
but no more .. more so than legit micros

so once again we wait on mgmt to indicate what is what
my advice never changes .. update shareholders on a
consistent basis .. regardless of the *content*

as i indicated .. consistency brings its own rewards
