Surprises..! VPLM will drop heavily next week when BTV release the facts and evidence. VPLM claims they owe BTV Inc but they do not have a contract rather LOI and MOU which is not enforceable in any court in the state of Nevada. Furthermore evidence will show that Dennis Chang had knowledge of this backdoor deal by Richard Kipping and platinum Tribe Inc. If this is not security fraud then I dont know what is. As an officer of a public company he should not give info and allow non affiliated individual to package a deal for the company. he claims to not have any knowledge but oh yes he engaged with with Richard Kipping on this backdoor deal. I believe BTV guys are smart guys trying to do honest business. VPLM and Mr Kipping try to screw them over and it back fired.
