Ok, here's what we have:

Almost 20B O/S.
1:500 r/s on the horizon
Possible toxic funding (needs to be proven yet).
Heavy dilution continues.

No word on marketing plans (was suppose to be released by 30Sept).
6 new games scheduled to be released 24 Oct in time for Christmas sales.
Last we heard about the older games is that sales are slow.
If 6 new games are released on schedule will there be a substantial market for them. Mediocre sales at Christmas would probably mean dismal sales the rest of the year. Not good.

Now I ask you, what good news do we know, that have already happened, that would enhance the company's efforts?
