Problem is 17 Southridge still has lawsuits pending against them. SEC and FBI still investigating their shady dealings. The point is some of the Southridge funding deals are not in the pass, they are still under investigation along with pending lawsuits. IMO this a very risky deal/gamble for LFBG regardless of how we try to justify the reasoning behind it.
