Well Ken/IRO lets not waste your 2 post I'd like to ask a few questions. I'm quite sure every investor would like to know the answers to the following. It WILL put to rest all this back and forth and 99% of any negativity on the board. It WILL only help all investors!

Is Medlink cooperating?

Have they filed their back paperwork?

Several times we've heard things are in our lawyers hands, is this true?

Is it true there are MM's lined up?

Are we close to the 15(c)211 being filed?

Is there still going to be a R/M?

Is there still a profitable business in line to put into the shell?

Is it true there will be financials?

Was there a takeover by the SCG?

Is it true the group owns more then 50%?
