I hear ya about the "cigarette thing" ... I found myself reaching up and grabing my shirt pocket for weeks (months) after I stopped the cigarettes ... just the habit of 'reaching' even though there was nothing there.

Having enjoyed both genuine Cubans and cigars from toher countries .. I have coe to the opinion that Cubans are over-rated these past few years. I believe most of the truly good cigar makers left Cuba, to escape the government interference, and are now plying their trade in other countries. The Cubans I've had the past few years are no better, and in most cses not as good, as quality sticks from other sources.

Good luck in your quest. It hurts to admit being a slave to an inanimate object such as a cigarette, but that is truly the first step in quitting.
