Agreed the valuation is key and imo all is not what it seems here. I have spent many years working with Medicaid programs around the DC area realizing a significant level of fraud, waste and overpayment.
The capital structure of this stock makes for an appealing bounce play. However the experienced management team and the services they may be able to provide is imo even more appealing. States are broke and the expectations ObamaCare puts on the Medicaid programs are very unreasonable. Even a favorable ruling from the Supreme Court reversing ObamaCare does not change the financial landscape of the state medicaid programs.
Like I said all is not what it seems and I am hedging my bet that the valuation is just the beginning.
