Thanks but I just did. Again, in case you missed it....an agreement to purchase is just what it says it is, if LC fullfills the terms the merge is a done deal.

I appreciate the contradiction posted with pieces of the actual agreement...makes it pretty simple for folks to understand how real the deal actual is in case they hadn't seen it yet.

FBCD most likely going up...it's not going to be stopped. IMO of course.
