Absolutely not. His wife just votes the Preferred stock to increase the AS. And he still has control thru the Preferred Stock as the Preferred Stock still maintains 75% voting rights after the increase in AS.

Shut down the Pink Sheets for good. Call your congressman, FINRA, SEC, etc. Let your voice be heard so that this SCAM exchange can be shut down
