Knowing Ralphy's past what they are working on is this: The old deal fell through. Instead of PR'ing that knowing what little life support ACLY has left he is looking for a new deal. He will then PR that the old deal fell through and are working on a new one hoping the PPS holds. Of course this is all just my honest opinion and have been there done that with him over and over again. Watch and learn again kiddies!
