*I got a PHONED reply from Scottrade within a day
or so of my CERTIFIED request for certs. However, I
am still dicker to get WRITTEN reply (denial that is,since according to phone conversation, BCIT is
a "restricted stock" hence no certs , only electronic
listing. I asked why so, and am awaiting Scottrade
compliance letter (7-10 days, compliance said).
