Very Interesting News ... Expert Analysis
The Energy Report Interview with Amine Bouchentouf (10/6/11) "Allana Potash Corp. is very interesting. The company has operations in Ethiopia, which gives you a unique access point to Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia—some of the world's fastest-growing economic blocks. You'd be surprised to know that the infrastructure in Ethiopia is world-class, with modern port, railway and road infrastructure. In addition, the mining laws are very friendly. Finally, the operating costs are low since the potash deposits in Ethiopia are near the surface, only about 100 meters (m) from the surface."
Jaret Anderson, Mackie Research (10/4/11) "Allana Potash Corp. could see positive implications from the latest project development update from South Boulder Mines, which announced an updated Joint Ore Reserves Committee-compliant mineral resource estimate overnight, increasing the Measured and Indicated tonnage by 117% from its previous estimate. . .we can make comparisons between the latest resource figures for South Boulder and those of Allana; Allana still looks good on a relative value basis, as its total in-situ KCl resource stands at 244.5 Mmt., which is more than double that of South Boulder's 105 Mmt. Allana's potash grade of 19.3% KCl is very similar to South Boulder's potash grade of 18.6%. . .Allana's scoping study is expected to be released during Q411."
