It's not like it takes longer for an email to reach me than it does anyone else in the country ? Might take a few more days to get the paper/snail mail versions, if you're far away from the post office where they post them... but, if they sent me email on 9/28, I probably should have gotten an email on 9/28... ???
You think they're bouncing the signal off of a satellite billions and billions of miles away ?
It takes less than a second or two for an email to move across the country. So, unless there is some reason the brokers would have to "meter them out" instead of just blasting them out all at once ?
Maybe Scottrade is using a 64K modem and a dial up connection instead of a T-1 link to send out the SRSR proxy materials, one package at a time ?
