My Scottrade account is (supposedly) set up to get all of the mailings electronically. They're supposed to email them to me.

I sent them a message today asking how to vote, and they said they'd emailed all the stuff to me on 9/28. I didn't get any email from them on 9/28... or any other related to the vote since then. Checked, and the account data shows they have the right email addy.

They also told be I could just go vote at proxyvote.com, but they sent me an incomplete access number for proxyvote.com, with a lot of asterisks in it instead of numbers, so I also can't get into proxyvote in order vote...

Went back to see how they'd replied to my followups on the lack of any email, and on the problem with the nonfunctional number for access to proxyvote.com... instead of answers, all of the prior messages on the subject had disappeared.

Will give it a few minutes and try again...

And, still nothing...

Not having any similar problems with any of the others...
