I haven't listened to the hearing yet but I think she is simply wrong - when the PIERS' creditors (not including HFs) have now lost over 50 % of their recovery.


Did she state in the hearing just what compromises should be made by the HFs to Equity Interest?

Just ordering mediation without any real directives borders on frivolousness in my opinion.


If Judge Peck was presiding this bankruptcy would be over.
