Questrade was saying it required physical settlement of shares and to buy 1 mil shares was $400.... so I went to my trading account at Scotia Invest and paid $28.95 . I have put 6 similiar buys thru Scotia without a prob. ( I am in Canada if that affects anything ) fwiw
