Gator, I am not saying early in 2012 or anything like that. A R/S is an option for any company but usually indicates they are in some kind of financial straits. SEEK is not like that or at least that we know of. The numbers so far don't really show it.

We know their is a huge amount of shares and debt hanging over SEEK and SG has stated he is attempting to take care of it so if by this time next year SEEK is debt free or close to it and the share structure is in good shape, I would say the MM's would be hard pressed in even attempting to try and keep the PPS down and be more worried that they may be losing a customer to manipulate.

That is what an investor wants in a company. IMHO, SG is more concerned about all the manipulation the MM's do to the stock everytime he puts out a PR. That must be real frustrating for a CEO to be in the clutches of manipulators.
