WAS Tidemark who sold its shares Not also a Director of forum?? <<<<<<uuuum......anything more than 5% makes you a director> should you list that transaction as an INSIDER SELL? Technically its both an INSIDER SELL AND AN INSIDER BUY....so its a wash.............the importance is "what was the Price?"
and even then its still betting on someone elses gamble..............although a better informed gamble.
