We the shareholder were told on July 22, 2011 when the company put out a press release that a vote would take place to merge both companies back into one and its now almost 11 weeks and NO VOTE YET. In my opinion this is not right one bit and all the people that conveted their SDVI shares for graffit shares have nothing to show for them and that's Just plain wrong and not the way too treat shareholders like myself.
