When you get something stuck in your throat that's making you choke and feel like you can't breathe or talk you're gagged. Same with a Transfer Agent (TA), if they have a sick stock, the CEO sticks something in their throat so they can't tell the dirty truth about how the CEO is screwing his shareholders. You can apply the analogy to ungagged.



If the TA is gagged you can bet it's not in the shareholders best interest.
