some guys are evaluating every bid and offer on the stock and its impossible. the stock has 7.7 million shares outstanding and probably alittle over 2 in the float and a few market makers are trying to hold it down artificially so of course it acts funny, but in terms of managements performance , although always a few days late, they have delivered. After all the work done and sec documents filed , management would have to be totally crazy not to be telling the truth.
