Not to comment on WL or anything.. but the SEC and FINRA don't exactly stomp down on the doors of pinkies when you're talking about jail time. It takes a much larger problem to draw that type of attention.

Take overcash for example.

Again, don't misread that as me insinuating *ANYTHING* shady against MMTE... I'm just saying that the fact the SEC and FINRA aren't knocking on MMTE's door is absolutely no proof of whether or not the concessions are real.
