What I am not so sure about is what recourse does mnta have under the situation ?
I am hoping the justice system herein the us is more equitable than its equivalent back where the owners of Amphastar come from.
There is an old chinese saying appropriate for this situation :"It is much easier to get on the tiger's back than to get off it ".
I am counting on the price to Amphastar for climbing onto the tiger's back to be at least an arm and a leg, the more the better.
Another point to remember, if I believe Amphastar cheated to get approval, why didn't Teva do the same thing ?
Therein in my opinion lies the difference in culture between Amphastar and Teva. I would say that Teva is more savvy than Ampha in terms of knowing how to do business in the us, or to be more exact Teva has a damn good idea how far they can go and no more.
